Child care providers need to be proactive and develop a policy of zero tolerance for bullying and manage it when it does occur. Children need to be adequately supervised at all times. Adjust the curriculum to include emotional management techniques and ways to promote self-confidence in children. Caregivers need to be good role models. Collaborate with parents.
