Answer to Question 1

A lesson plan allows the teacher to plan the story sharing experience and to take an organized look at all of the components of the lesson. It provides a map to visualize how the pieces fit together, what is missing, and what can be changed. It provides a record of the author, title, and illustrator of the story as well as the childrens response to the story.

Answer to Question 2

ANSWER: From birth, children learn about themselves by the way they are treated by others.
