This will help to bring down any barriers and to understand any personal bias. The teacher should then focus on personal interaction, understanding family actions, and integrating diversity into the early childhood education environment.

Healthy development is more than the absence of disease. This type of development includes helping children resist infections, adapt to the challenges of daily life, cope with adversity, and have a personal sense of well-being.
