Youre having fun, but Im worried that the rest of the children are getting mad about waiting in line. Come down from there. This is an ineffective personal message for the following reason:
 
  a. The reflection is really an accusation.
  b. The reflection has been contradicted by the word 'but'.
  c. The adults emotion is not strong enough for the situation.
  d. The adults reason is not connected to the problem behavior.
