Answer to Question 1

ANSWER: He should bend or squat down, move into axial space, smile and greet Nick by name, lean toward Nick and touch him as appropriate to the situation, and maintain frequent eye contact without staring.

Answer to Question 2

ANSWER: turning off the lights briefly, playing a chord on a piano, whistling, and many others
