There are co-teachers who are considered facilitators of childrens growth and development and who ask a great many questions of the children in order to guide the process of open discovery. They often do not have degrees and are supported in their work by a pedigogista who has early childhood training. They use transcripts of childrens dialogue, and photograph their projects and display them artfully, using documentation as a form of communication. Teachers work very closely with the parents of the children in the school and the members of the school board.
