Answer to Question 1

F

Answer to Question 2

The glass ceiling is a barrier to upper-level management positions for women. While this is not a deliberately created barrier, it exists nonetheless, created as a result of practices that put family life and work life in opposition to each other. The work world still fails to recognize family needs and this affects women more than men. Women will choose to leave the work world to care for children.
