1) How will liability and property insurance be handled and what is/is not covered under the sponsors umbrella? 2) Will the center be able to operate if the sponsor is on vacation or closed for a holiday? 3) What maintenance responsibilities will the center have? 4) Who is responsible for property maintenance? 4) Who is responsible for grass cutting, snow removal, utilities, garbage collection, and recycling? 5) Will the center area be wired for phones, computers, and other technology? 6) How will parking spaces be handled?
