  a) Children often use in counting
  b) Children may not know the meaning of
  c) Children like to hear in stories
  d) Children seldom use in counting

Question 2

Before they can count objects with understanding children need to:
 
  a) Become familiar with rote counting 1-to-10
  b) Know how to write the symbol for each number
  c) Read the book 1,2,3 Pop
  d) Be able to sing a counting song
