Answer to Question 1

Gender identity is how one views oneself as a male or female. Gender roles are behaviors associated with being male or female.

Answer to Question 2

Simple interest is charged for investment debt. This is usually for real-property debt such as real estate. Discount interest is usually charged for consumer debt and is used for consumable goods such as cars, furniture, and clothing.
