◦ choose books children like, have storytime during lunch, send notes home to parents to tell them they should read to their children.
◦ go to the library every week, take children to the library story hour, send books homes for parents to read to children.
◦ use criteria to select a variety of good books, present literature to children in a variety of ways, help parents to make literature part of their children's lives.
◦ read books based on movies or TV because children like them, have reading contests, get points by sending home book club flyer.
