Please code all the diagnoses for the inpatient admission.

Suzette is a 24-year-old woman who delivered a 6 lb., 7 oz. female infant 6 months ago. By all accounts, the pregnancy was uneventful; however, the prenatal care was sketchy at best. Physical exam at the time of the delivery showed a large lesion on her left hand. She had amputation of the fingers on that hand. She is undergoing chemotherapy for the melanoma. She is since developed anemia from the chemotherapy, and is being admitted now for treatment of the anemia.

Diagnoses: Malignant melanoma of the hand, anemia due to chemotherapy.
