Please code all the diagnoses for the inpatient admission.

Mark is a 67-year-old male who found a lump in his left testicle several weeks ago. He was seen by his PCP who sent him to an urologist. The urologist performed a biopsy, which was positive for nonseminoma testicular cancer. He is now admitted for a bilateral orchiectomy. The patient has a past medical history of HTN, and type 2 diabetes, with right cataract.
