An officer receives a call from dispatch informing him of a robbery in progress at a convenience store near a busy intersection in the middle of town. The officer proceeds to the scene without lights and siren so as not to alert the suspects that police are arriving. The officer arrives just south of the scene but remains out of sight of the store and notifies dispatch of his arrival. Soon thereafter, back up arrives and parks on the north side of the scene to cover the store from there. When approaching the store, what should the officers be looking for?
◦ He should look for signs of forced entry on the back door of the store.
◦ He should locate the exact location of the backup officer.
◦ He should be on the lookout for fleeing subjects and persons sitting in parked cars.
◦ He should be looking for physical evidence such as tire impressions, foot impressions, and other evidence.
