An officer receives a call from dispatch informing him of a robbery in progress at a convenience store near a busy intersection in the middle of town. The officer proceeds to the scene without lights and siren so as not to alert the suspects that police are arriving. The officer arrives just south of the scene but remains out of sight of the store and notifies dispatch of his arrival.
