How do the reflexes of a child living in poverty compare to those of a child who is NOT?
◦ The children's reflexes will be the same, since reflexes are universal and instinctual.
◦ The impoverished child will likely have stronger reflexes in response to the harsher environment.
◦ The impoverished child is likely to have weaker reflexes because of low birth weight and poor health status.
◦ The reflexes of each child are more dependent on ethnicity than on socioeconomic status.
