The Canadian NTO because its goals and strategies are clearly defined and the strategy is driven by the private sector rather than heavy government involvement.

Answer 2

The Concorde was a supersonic jet aircraft built jointly by the British and French. It flew passengers at very high fares (15 above standard first-class fares at first) for several years but was withdrawn from service due to lack of profitability.
