Flat attendance, weather, seasonality, labor availability, and local economic conditions.

Answer 2

Supersonic jets became unprofitable due to excessive jet fuel and maintenance costs and declining demand for this service. Subsonic first- and business-class travel, which was cheaper to consumers, provided a viable substitute for supersonic fliers.
