Professor Schaan has just returned an exam to her organizational behaviour class. Unfortunately, the class average was much lower than usual, and nearly half the students failed. The students complained that the test was much too difficult and was full of tricky and misleading questions. However, Professor Schaan insists that the test was fair and believes that the students simply did not study hard enough.
