The zero tolerance policy in Los Angeles toward domestic violence is all of the following EXCEPT:
 
  a. requires an arrested person to stand trial
  b. requires a victim to testify against the perpetrator
  c. does not allow the abused to act like it never happened
   d. provides for an immediate (minimum) ten-day jail term
