Determine whether the probability experiment represents a hypergeometric probability experiment. If it does, determine the values of N, n, and k and list the possible values of the random variable X.

A jury is to be selected from a pool of 39 potential jurors. The defendant faces the death penalty if convicted. Of the potential jurors, 7 are opposed to the death penalty. The jury consists of 12 randomly selected jurors. The random variable X represents the number of jurors who oppose the death penalty.
