Perform the appropriate hypothesis test.

A random sample of size n = 50 results in a sample mean of 24 and a sample standard deviation of 1.5. An independent sample of size n = 60 results in a sample mean of 22 and a sample standard deviation of 1.9. Does this constitute sufficient evidence to conclude that the population means differ at the α = 0.05 level of significance?
