Leilani Muir's forced sexual sterilization was particularly heinous because:
 
  a) She was mentally retarded
  b) She objected to it before it occurred
  c) She was told she was having an appendectomy, not a sterilization procedure
  d) She was misdiagnosed as mentally retarded, but in fact of average intelligence
