The Clinical Trials of Multisystemic Therapy (MST) in Ontario (Cunningham, 2002 ) did not find that MST was more effective than treatment as usual for high risk youth. This finding:
 
  a) Is not surprising  other researchers have found similar results
  b) Is interesting  this was the first trial of MST, so clearly more work needs to be done
  c) Is surprising  other studies have found MST effective
