Bill has had many dreams in which he has fallen off a cliff, but he has always awakened before hitting the bottom. He has become an insomniac because of his fear that if he ever hits the bottom, he will die. What would you tell Bill?

◦ He simply needs to train himself to wake up whenever he has a falling dream.
◦ He should be afraid because shocking dreams are often fatal.
