Why was Judy Taylor's History of Labor in Maine eventually removed from its place in the headquarters of Maine's Labor Department?
◦ As the painting's owner, the government could remove it.
◦ It presented a one-sided view of history that was critical of the government.
◦ It did not demonstrate stylistic innovation in its presentation of the subject matter.
◦ The artist chose to remove it instead of editing its original content.
