Write a single equation in terms of  x  and  y  that represents the parametric curve  
x = a cos3 θ,  y = a sin3 θ,  0 ≤ θ ≤ 2π.  Sketch the curve.

Question 2

Find  g(t)  so that  x = -1 + 3 cos(t),  y = g(t),  0 ≤  t ≤  2π  provides a counterclockwise parametrization of the circle  x2 + y2 + 2x - 4y = 4.
