◦ y = (13t - 3)e-4t
◦ y = (7t + 1)e-4t
◦ y = (7t - 1)e4t
◦ y = (13t + 3)e-4t
◦ y = (13t + 3)e4t

Question 2

Solve the initial-value problem   + 4 = 0,   y(1)= 1,  y'(1) = 2.
