Satterfield Pavement's marginal cost, in dollars, of paving a road with asphalt is given by
 C'(x) = x2 - 25x + 2200,  for x ≤ 20,
where x is measured in hundreds of feet. Use 4 subintervals over  and the left endpoint of each subinterval to approximate the total cost of paving 1000 feet of road.
