◦ Maximum = 0 at (10, 0)
◦ Maximum = 2500 at (50, 50)

Question 2

Find the minimum or maximum value of f (as indicated) subject to the given constraint.

Minimum of f(x, y) = x2 + y2 - xy,
subject to x - y = 10
◦ Maximum = 3 at (1, 2)
◦ Maximum = 75 at (5, -5)
◦ Maximum = 25 at (5, 5)
◦ Maximum = 7 at (2, -1)
