A compound with molecular formula C4H11N exhibits a triplet at δ 0.9 (3H), a doublet at δ 1.1 (3H), a quintet at δ 1.4 (2H), a singlet at δ 1.7 (2H) and a sextet at δ 2.8 (1H) in its 1H NMR spectrum. Its IR spectrum shows two medium absorption bands near 3400 cm-1. What is the structure for this compound?
