Emma is continuously interrogating her son Derek about his weekend activities with his friends because she believes his friends are troublemakers. Short of forbidding him to associate with them, she questions him non-stop about their actions and enforces a very rigid curfew. According to the concept of the self-fulfilling prophecy, what is most likely to happen?

Derek will try to find a new set of friends in order to stop his mom's nagging.
Emma will gradually come to accept Derek's friends.
Derek will more willingly participate in deviant actions suggested by his friends.
Emma will stop her questioning when she realizes that it is damaging her relationship with Derek.
