Alejandro was furious because he could not get a job after immigrating to Canada, despite his postgraduate education and the experience obtained in his country of origin. He launched a group protest by new immigrants who were having similar problems finding good jobs that they felt they deserved. It was not difficult to find others to join his cause because they were all experiencing the same phenomenon. What is this phenomenon called?
