A project has a series of non-normal cash flows that result in a terminal value (TV) of $2,070 in 5 years. If the project’s initial costs are $1,100 and the firm’s WACC is 10%, what is your recommendation to management regarding this project (accept/reject)?

accept as the MIRR is 11.12%


accept as the MIRR is 13.48%
