Byron is a White male who has been charged with the robbery of a bank; Oliver is a Black male who has been charged with the robbery of a bank. In both cases, the crimes were not very successful as each only managed to get away with a few hundred dollars in marked bills (the marked bills led to their capture). Given these two scenarios, Oliver is likely to get the longer sentence.
