In the course of an interview, Maury is asked about work at a preceding job he held. At that job, he actually had quite a bit of trouble getting along with the boss and had fairly low-level responsibilities. But in his response to the interviewer's question, Maury does not mention the trouble getting along with his supervisor and talks about how significant his responsibilities were to the organization's success.
