Consistent  treats all in similar manner avoiding preferential treatment
Firm  clearly, consistently and firmly communicate what they expect
Organized  source of guidance and be aware of organizational, departmental, and individual priorities, able to multitask and keep track of tasks
Fair  use reward and discipline fairly across all circumstances and all employees using the same standards
