A physical therapist may be needed, but the nurse would coordinate care best by notifying the case manager. The pharmacy is not needed as part of the team at this time. The occupational therapist mainly deals with the upper body areas needing rehabilitation. This client's exercise program needs to be revamped, and the case manager is the individual to coordinate this change.
