Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

B
Home-country brokers, export agents and manufacturer representatives do not take title to the goods that they sell. Complementary export agents also do not take title to goods. However, complementary export merchants actually take title to the complementary products distributed, and are compensated in the form of a discount in a buy-sell arrangement.
