Through interactivity, managers can use online instructions to generate reports on the spot, without assistance from a programmer. Flexibility allows managers to access and integrate data from a variety of sources. This permits the manipulation of data in a variety of ways. A discover-orientation produces diagnostics that reveal trends and identifies problems.
