Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

A
The international constraint of conceptual equivalence (for both secondary and primary data) recognizes that concepts have different meanings in different cultural environments. For example the concept of household in the U.S. usually refers to the nuclear family, while in Latin America is usually refers to the extended family. This may be found in the Developing the Research Plan section (6-4b).
