ANSWER: Each state must provide personalized instruction with sufficient support services to permit a child with
disabilities to benefit educationally from that instruction. The state must ensure a continuum of
alternative placements including regular classes, special classes, home instruction, and instruction in
hospitals and institutions



Answer to Question 2

ANSWER: Latino students, African American students, Lesbian/Gay students. Pregnancy, school is boring and not
relevant, poor grades, poverty causes need to work, lack of belonging, no one cares, harassment.
