Answer to Question 1

Talent is not the same as skill and knowledge. Skills are capabilities in fulfilling your role. You can train people to acquire new skills. For example, you can train a person in accounting skills. Knowledge is factual and experiential information or which you are aware. This, too, can be improved as a result of training and experience. Talents are the recurring and quite spontaneous patterns of thoughts, feelings, or behaviors that naturally emerge in social situations. Additionally, there are three types of talents-striving, thinking, and relating talents.
