For symmetric high-power dyads, value creation is associated with increased mutual accommodation, but in
low-power dyads, value creation is associated with greater contentiousness. Asymmetric power dyads maximize
value creation when they adopt a neutral stance, neither overusing or under using accommodation or
contentiousness.
