Lactate dehydrogenase (response C) is used for evaluating myocardial infarction, hepatic disease, and pulmonary infarction. Responses A, B, and D are useful indicators in determining nutritional status.

Answer to Question 2

D
Serum protein would be unchanged by the cellular damage of MI. Responses A, B, and C all could be elevated in acute MI.
