Answer to Question 1

Colorectal and breast cancer.

Answer to Question 2

Our body and mind will give us feedback that indicates we are overdoing it. If we don't feel well after we are finished, if we are not living according to our highest values, if we are ignoring important things in life, if we feel uneasy or apathetic, we should see these signals as feedback that we are overdoing something. We need to look again at how much time or energy we should spend on that activity.
