D

Answer to Question 2

You might view yourself performing to perfection immediately prior to participating in an activity, much like Jack Nicklaus did prior to each golf shot. One study showed that students who prepared for a test and used visualization remained calmer and more at ease during the exam. They were better able to remember the information they studied.
