5) Minimize background noise.
6) Practice the relaxation techniques during the recommended times of the day.
7) Don't be in a hurry to end the relaxation activity.
8) Approach each exercise without expectation.
9) Keep an open mind.
10) Don't judge a relaxation technique based only on what happens while you are doing it.
