1) Not every relaxation technique works the same for everyone.
2) Try each method several times.
3) Give yourself a minimum of 10 to 20 minutes each day to practice a relaxation activity.
4) Seclude yourself where you will not be interrupted.
5) Minimize background noise.
6) Practice the relaxation techniques during the recommended times of the day.
7) Don't be in a hurry to end the relaxation activity.
8) Approach each exercise without expectation.
9) Keep an open mind.
10) Don't judge a relaxation technique based only on what happens while you are doing it.

Introduction of sperm into the reproductive tract through means other than sexual intercourse.
Sperm can be put in a lab dish and then injected.
Can be done when a man is infertile and a donor can be used.
