1) The main goal of the ABC123 Prioritized Planning method is to move from crisis management to focusing on things that are most important.

2) Phase I: make a list of everything you want to accomplish today.
Phase II: give a value to each item on the list using ABC, where A means the item must be done today.
Phase III: give a numerical value to each item on the list based on its relative importance to you using 123.
